Screen printing, is the only way for a selective printing, only on specific areas of the PCB, avoiding material scrap.
Thermal interfaces, are electrical insulating paste, used for heat dissipation.
Screen printed paste, on PCB’s selected surfaces, which are directly in contact with heat sink. Thank’s to its elastic behaviour, it’s able to fulfill all slots between Alluminium and sink, removing air and maximizing adhesion.
Silga Pad is directly in contact with Aluminium, and require for attention during storage and moving.
