As innovation in Silga Connect technology covers a pivotal role in all of our activities, we dedicate ourselves to the development of electronic solutions that stand out like the dual access copper connection for Gigaflex, our FPCs for the sensorized connection of battery cells to the BMS. The dual access copper connection allows a direct contact on single-side FPCs that require it on both sides, but without the use of nickel tabs. This means that no additional welding is required, thus improving the overall resistance of the product.
Thanks to our knowledge in surface treatment, we can provide several kinds of finishings to be applied on the copper tabs as passivation, nickel treatments and others that enhance connectivity and efficiency.
In addition, we can also provide different types of welding, in cooperation with partners, from laser welding to resistance welding and ultrasounds, to be selected according to the applications.
