A story that began long ago<\/h2><\/div>
<\/div><\/div>[vc_column_text]Everything begins in the soft hills of Le Marche during the 60s, a period full of excitement and growth. Right in this frame we find Olimpio Zitti, that as a boy starts the craft of electroplating in Castelfidardo, the beating heart of the accordion industry. The connection with musical instruments kick-starts Silga Sas, a company that right from the very beginning provides galvanic treatments and printed circuits. Together with Olimpio there is his brother Adolfo and it\u2019s when they are joined that Silga becomes an entity in continuous growth, becoming Silga S.p.A. in 1974.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Over the years the commitment and the research for innovative solutions make the company expand, thanks also to the synergy between the two divisions, which allows to offer a wide range of solutions in several fields of applications, a competitive and unique plus that is at the basis of its identity.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Research, innovation and enhancement of internal skills are the key principles that have always guided Silga\u2019s path and that now more than ever represents its future, a future that sees Monica, Debora, Eva and Adamo as new main characters. <\/div><\/div>[vc_column_text]Si<\/span>nce<\/span> the <\/span>very<\/span> beginning<\/span>, <\/span>Silga<\/span> has<\/span> proved<\/span> to be <\/span>strategic<\/span> and of <\/span>great<\/span> importance<\/span> for <\/span>our<\/span> region<\/span> which<\/span> was<\/span> basically<\/span> made<\/span> up of <\/span>industrial <\/span>districts<\/span> in <\/span>which<\/span> small and <\/span>medium-<\/span>sized<\/span> companies <\/span>were<\/span> forced<\/span> to <\/span>go <\/span>abroad<\/span> or to Northern <\/span>Italy<\/span> to <\/span>commission<\/span> specific<\/span> galvanic<\/span> processes<\/span>, <\/span>which<\/span> meant<\/span> higher<\/span> costs and times and a <\/span>lower<\/span> possibility<\/span> of <\/span>being<\/span> competitive on <\/span>the market. <\/span>When<\/span> Silga<\/span> developed<\/span> innovative <\/span>processes,<\/span> the <\/span>neighboring<\/span> companies <\/span>b<\/span>enefited<\/span> from <\/span>it<\/span> by <\/span>enhancing<\/span> their<\/span> production and <\/span>growing<\/span> in <\/span>terms<\/span> of turnover and product <\/span>quality<\/span>.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span> <\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”People” tab_id=”1685103944312-ab1c3170-74e1″]
